put together a report with unreconcilable differences

and Rob Raskin will telecon to determine how to address the problems
- Select data sets of interest for the REASoN effort
- Serving binary data from PO-DAAC via OPeNDAP
- Look into having Rob Raskin work with UAH to build ESML
desciptions of the data and to install an ESML-OPeNDAP server at the
PO-DAAC
- AIS
- Build an AIS site for the REASoN effort as a whole
- Populate the AIS for PO-DAAC data sets; particularly important
for the binary data sets which do not have a DAS.
- THREDDS catalog for PO-DAAC data sets.
- Aggregation Server for PO-DAAC data sets.
